It’s Get Fit Friday! Did you know that every Friday at the New Spirit Naturals office our staff comes to work ready to work out? All of us have different exercise routines, habits and ways to stay healthy and we want to share them with you. If you are local to our International Headquarters, stop by on any Friday with your workout gear on and receive a free gift!
