The History:
The Polymeal™ concept originated as a diet-based approach for healthier living. In 2003, a group of researchers at the University Medical Center in Rotterdam isolated six key foods (red wine, dark chocolate, garlic, omega-3, fruits and vegetables) that they found to be a helpful part of one’s diet.

Based on the research of these six foods, Dr. Milam formulated a product called Polymeal™. The concept was expanded to include more than 100 ingredients.
