Lecithin contains phospholipids (more than 97%) which are key structured and functional components of cell membranes. Our special de-oiled lecithin contains more than 23% phosphatidycholine which is a good source of Choline (approximate 230 mgs. per serving). Choline is also very important in breaking down homocysteine, supporting cardiovascular health naturally. Individuals with choline deficiency are more susceptible to liver damage.
